You may see me talking about my back a lot and that is because I have to be careful with it. The first month and a half of this weight loss journey I was in my element and working out every night as well as running 3 times a week and online zumba workouts a couple of times a week. Unfortunately since then (May 2013) I have had a bad back with a lot of pain daily so at the moment I'm unable to exercise properly, but I am in the process of trying to fix it..with the help of doctors and hospital of course :)
Also feel free to advise/guide me if you feel I'm doing something wrong or could be doing something differently! :)
