You may see me talking about my back a lot and that is because I have to be careful with it. The first month and a half of this weight loss journey I was in my element and working out every night as well as running 3 times a week and online zumba workouts a couple of times a week. Unfortunately since then (May 2013) I have had a bad back with a lot of pain daily so at the moment I'm unable to exercise properly, but I am in the process of trying to fix it..with the help of doctors and hospital of course :)
Also feel free to advise/guide me if you feel I'm doing something wrong or could be doing something differently! :)
The week I try to get back on track (I’ve not been very strict and put on about 4lb) my period decides to come out of nowhere..Just sent the boyfriend to buy me chocolate! Atleast it’s dark… ;-)

The only person you are competing with in fitness is yourself. A PR or max lift is something we each should celebrate, whatever it is.
